How do I set-up my ANCI account?
Completing your profile is easy. Set up your profile in the app and remember to include your home location and ABN. The home location will match you to jobs within a 40km radius (anything further than that may take you a long time to get to work and we think travelling is a waste of your time!).
Do I need an ABN to use ANCI?
An ABN (Australian Business Number) allows you to work for yourself and set your own hourly rate. Without an ABN in your profile, you can view job matches in your location, but you cannot apply for any jobs. For further advice and information about ABNs, please see your accountant or contact the ATO to register a free ABN today.
What is the best way to get jobs with ANCI?
Have a fun and informative profile description about yourself. Add any skills and experience that set you apart from other candidates and don’t forget to include a photo of yourself. It will put you ahead of the other candidates. And be the first to respond as soon as you get a new job match notification!
What happens if the business changes their mind before the job starts?
If you get accepted for a job, but the business cancels the job, you will be paid for a maximum of 4 hrs at your hourly rate. E.g. If you accept a job at $30/hr for 8 hours, the maximum you will be paid is $30 / hour x 4 hours = $120.
When do I get the Funds?
Once your timesheet is approved, your funds are released within a few days, straight into your nominated bank account! How easy is that! Working for yourself gets you paid faster than working for a business.
How do I refer someone and get the referral bonus?
You can send a referral code to anyone by using the “Refer Colleague” function in the app. To receive your $20 e-gift card referral reward, the referred user must sign up to ANCI using your referral code and complete a job with a minimum value of $100. And remember, the person you referred also gets a $20 e-gift card so everybody wins!
