ANCI was founded in July 2016 by Poe Chen and Derrick Lee in Sydney, Australia. With backgrounds in Computer Science, Engineering and Dentistry, they put their heads together and explored how innovative technology could be used to disrupt traditional recruitment methods and solve the problems and costs small businesses currently face when sourcing casual staff.
From this ANCI was born; a mobile app platform which connects individuals, who are able to provide ancillary services at short notice, with the small businesses who need them at short notice!
While we are only assisting small to medium sized Australian Dental and Medical Practices currently, ANCI has big plans. Over the coming months we will be continuing to add other healthcare jobs and roles to the app. If you can’t find your profession, please stay tuned as we release additional job categories.
